Suite #1's front living room and working space is Visitable for your guests with accessibility needs. A visitable office = zero step entrance, 36" front & restroom doors, and a restroom with 5' wheelchair turning space with adequate railing. The lower 3 office suites are visitable and connected by a long boardway-deck with a wheelchair ramp, & an ADA parking spot.

This front room also creates a 2nd bedroom in the Suite — the sofa opens into a comfortable Queen.
Being open to the Office-Living Room, allows you to prepare meals and snacks conveniently while entertaining. Every kitchen is stocked with cookware & accessories needed for cooking your own meals during your stay.
Suite #1’s kitchen has plum pudding veneered cabinets & shelving, with custom cherry counter tops.
Provided are a few items for your short term housing needs, at no extra cost: a gallon of drinking water, strong & medium roast coffee for the 14 cup coffee maker, black & green teas, some munchies, organic oatmeal packs, small organic milk containers, sugar, salt & pepper.
Privacy is essential when it comes to a living & work space. Each Suite is equipped with a separate bedroom that can be locked with a key, ensuring that you have a personal space to relax, get a good night’s sleep, & a private space you do not have to share with co-workers or visitors.
Each bedroom has a queen bed with cotton sheets.
Suite #1 has a Walk-In Closet with custom cherry cabinetry.
Your accessible restroom has a 36″ door that opens into the front office-living space. Attached is a 32″ door with a key to lock away the tub/shower combo & laundry room from your office visitors & guests. The shower & laundry has a second 36″ door that loops into the private bedroom & living area.
These Suites also feature a private vanity area, which can be useful for getting ready in the mornings or preparing for virtual meetings or visitors. Additionally, having a full-sized, stacked washer & dryer in your Suite means you can easily take care of your laundry needs without leaving the comfort of your own space.
Provided are a few clothing washer soap pods; bathroom shower gel, shampoo & conditioner; hand soaps in dispensers; several dishwasher soap pods; dish soap & scrubbing pads. Dish sponges are not reused.
Mid-stay cleaning services are available when scheduled in advance.

TV or Monitor, & Netflix
The TV can be connected to your computer as a monitor, with the HDMI cable. The TVs are hardwired: Netflix & local channels are provided.

For Long & Extended-Term Agreements, the Agreement must be printed, signed & returned for booking consideration. With Direct Booking you are required to carry your own Renter’s or Home Owner’s policy that transfers to your stay in case you have an accident.
