This front room also creates a 2nd bedroom in the Suite — the sofa opens into a comfortable Queen.

Being open to the Office-Living Room, allows you to prepare meals and snacks conveniently while entertaining. Every kitchen is stocked with cookware & accessories needed for cooking your own meals during your stay.

Suite #4’s kitchen has salvaged, solid teak counter tops — Originally custom built by Gaertner Cabinet Company & later rescued from one of Nashville’s top vocalist’s demo trash. Re-designed, then oil & wax finished. Care instructions: soap & water.

Provided are a few items for your short term office rental, at no extra cost: a gallon of drinking water, strong & medium roast coffee for the 14 cup coffee maker, black & green teas, some munchies, organic oatmeal packs, small organic milk containers, sugar, salt & pepper.

Privacy is essential when it comes to a living & work space. Each Suite is equipped with a separate bedroom that can be locked with a key, ensuring that you have a personal space to relax, get a good night’s sleep, & a private space you do not have to share with co-workers or visitors.

Suite #4 has a Beautyrest queen mattress & an additional pillow topper, enclosed in an allergen barrier protection case, with cool cotton sheets.

Every Suite has a private vanity with makeup lighting, which can be useful for getting ready in the mornings or preparing for virtual meetings or visitors. Suite #4’s walk-in closet has a vanity with custom walnut counter tops — harvested from trees cut down in the City of Nashville.

Your accessible restroom has a 36″ door that opens into the front office-living space. A second 36″ door has a key to lock away the step-in shower & laundry room from your office visitors & guests.

The hallway has a sliding walnut pocket door to close & block the view of the hallway — your private bedroom & living area. Let’s imagine you have a visitor before your partner or friend has finished dressing and also requiring the restroom. The closed pocket door allows one to go back and forth from the bedroom & bathroom in private. During the day you lock your bedroom door with a key, open the hall pocket door, and guests are free to visit your restroom without entering your bedroom or shower & laundry room — keeping the professionalism required in an office.

There is a full-sized, stacked washer & dryer in your bathroom, which means you can easily take care of your laundry needs without leaving the comfort of your own space.

Provided are a few clothing washer soap pods; bathroom shower gel, shampoo & conditioner; hand soaps in dispensers; several dishwasher soap pods; dish soap & scrubbing pads. Dish sponges are not reused.

Mid-stay cleaning services are available when scheduled in advance.
